Nandos Hull

This project was a new stand-alone purpose built building along side the current cinema. Fit out was undertaken within 14 weeks at a client cost of approx. 1.2 million. B3 Design developed the interior design.

Parsons

This restaurant is part of the owners from 10 Cases winery who developed the new Oyster restaurant called Parsons. The design was created by Red Deer Associates.

The project was undertaken in 8 weeks with a build cost of 500K.

Zelmans St Pauls

Zelman is part of the Goodman group of restaurants. This particular unit was originally fitted out to be a Burger Lobster, which is part of the group. We then engaged with Shed Design to turn the existing restaurant in to the next Zelman Meats. Project was 10 weeks with a budget of 700K.
